1. Overview

At Bluefin Staffing, our primary service is facilitating professional placements in the healthcare sector. Because our offerings are predominantly service-based (recruiting, vetting, and placement), traditional "returns" as applied to physical goods do not typically apply. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and have established this policy to address concerns regarding our placement services.

2. Placement Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of the candidates we present. If a placed candidate leaves their position or is terminated for cause within the initial guarantee period (typically 90 days, unless otherwise specified in your specific service agreement), we offer the following:

  • Replacement Candidate: We will initiate a new search to find a suitable replacement candidate at no additional agency fee.
  • Credit: In certain circumstances where a replacement cannot be found within a reasonable timeframe, a prorated credit may be applied toward future placements.

3. Refund Eligibility

Direct monetary refunds are generally not provided for rendered recruitment services. The value provided involves substantial upfront labor, vetting, and coordination. Exceptions are extremely rare and are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis by senior management, provided there is a documented breach of the service agreement on our part.

4. Process for Claims

To initiate a claim under our placement guarantee, the client must:

  1. Notify Bluefin Staffing in writing within 5 business days of the candidate's termination or resignation.
  2. Provide documentation detailing the reason for termination (if applicable).
  3. Ensure all original placement fees were paid in full according to the agreed-upon terms. Accounts in arrears are not eligible for replacement guarantees.
